I have a lovely girlfriend and a bunch of hobbies. I don't blog much anymore!

For the past I don’t even know how long, my sleep pattern has been very non-linear, I’m tired throughout the day and my eyes are very strained and irritable. I’d take naps but I generally don’t like them because then I can’t fall asleep at night.

My girlfriend heard from her friend about this app that regulates your sleep pattern and wakes you up at your lightest sleep cycle. I’m going to try it out this week to see if it will help because I’ve been feeling like shit physically lately. I’ll probably blog about the results. Seeing that this app has a 4+ star review average, I have some hope that it’ll do something.
